If I were judging this round, I would say that I've heard every song and dock 5 pts. If I ever do get the chance to judge one of these, I will be the most corrupt judge this game has ever seen.

It’s always been in the past that some judges feel like they could be familiar with the song in a sense, but can’t place it for certain so with that they wouldn’t get docked 5 points.

I think they have to be 100% certain that they’ve heard the song before and know it, rather than may have?

It's actually way more of a pain than I thought.

Not only is it a lot of entries, you start second guessing yourself. Like, "am I judging this one harder because it came after a really good entry?" "Are these actually that bad or am I missing something?"

You get in your head about it, way tougher than competing.

I could definitely see that. This game is mostly judges catching shit for their performance. 😂

Consistent with I'm thinking. If it just sounds a bit familiar, I'm not docking it, but if I've heard it for sure, there you go.

I know it's not EXACTLY the standard but my mental rule is if I can either name it outright, or I can sing the refrain from it than it's a no-go.
