I mean, yeah, you generally have a target when you throw anything. Don't try me, I play this semantics game alllllll the time. We're trying to determine if it was Crazy or Sane webs based off WHAT the target was.

If you were throwing them out the window at pedestrians as you drove to the market, crazy. Throwing them at a bullseye in an approved establishment (more) sane.

You skirting the specifics is worrisome.
