Out my way pork steak is the ete of the loin and I eat it often, but some places call a pork cut from the blade the steak. Which is y'all thinkin about?

Pork Steak

These Pork Fillets, also know as Pork Steaks, come from the most tender part of the pig. Averaging 400g Per Steak, we remove all visible fat so it's perfect!

I enjoyed line cooking when I did it. You get into a good flow and everything feels good. Time flies by. I would get extremely stoned and just get into zen cooking mode.

maybe if i ever did it, i would think differently, but judging by my cooking skills now.. i could not handle it.
In Germany working in a kitchen is one of the least thankful jobs i know of.
Hated my job, but never would have wanted to change with the cooks.
I don't dislike cooking at all, but i need time xD
