I'm unclear at something, have they made it official that Cain and DC will not fight each other because of their association?

No they wont, But both train at AKA its like the whole kos vs fitch situation and Dana has said he would be shocked if DC asks for Cain
So DC more than likely will make the move to 205

With Silva vs Sonnen in the history books, this could be the best rivalry in all of MMA.
Too bad they're both classy guys that're very like-able.

Hey that is a great thing. We can still have guys that do not like each other, want to dominate the other, in the end it is only going to make both of them better for it. And you can still do it and be classy about it.
Now, I say this because the Carolina/Duke basketball game is tomorrow and my alma mater is about to get dominated. If they were good I might say that trash talk is great, a bit squeamish I guess.

Cain wrecks Big Foot again. JDS destroys Overrated and sends his bloated carcass back to Japan to crush guys that are 20lbs lighter and can't take him down.
Oh happy day.

let's see if i get this right, every other SF champ gets a b-line for a title shot. the sf champ tore through Bigfoot like he wasn't even there. Velasquez tore through Bigfoot like he wasn't even there. Big foot literally got pulverized by both guys.
i understand that Cain and Cormier are teammates, but it's ridiculous that Bigfoot somehow leap frogged everyone by beating a noticeably lackluster Overeem coming off a year suspension.
i'm not saying it's a better choice, but come on, a win over a non steroided up overeem doesn't negate being thrashed by Cain and Cormier. YARRR

I'm thinking Cormier won't fight Cain, simple as that.
Who else is there?

What an amazing turn around by Bigfoot in just a year. To go from a two fight losing streak to getting back to title contention to the last guy who beat you.

I would rather see the winner of Hunt vs Struve get the next shot than see Bigfoot get annihilated again, both guys on win streaks one has good jitz the other has BRUTAL ko power makes sense to me.
Cain vs Bigfoot 2 is a waste of a title fight imo but oh well, loving JDS/Reem though should be a great fight if I can forgot Reems last performance.

I am unable to wrap my head around Bigfoot getting the fight with Cain. Cain is going to destroy Bigfoot again IMO.
I do understand the fight with JDS and Overeem however. It's just an effort to teach Overeem how to take a punch but I'm afraid that's not a lesson Overeem will be able to learn.

JDS-Reem is awesome
I'm a bit torn on Cain-Bigfoot 2. On one hand I feel like there's no way Bigfoot deserves it because Cain just pushed his sh*t in less than a year ago. On the other hand I'm like well Bigfoot has 2 big wins since then. On the other hand again, I'm like those 2 wins were over a 1 legged man and a guy who I always thought was overrated to begin with and was dominating Bigfoot for 10 minutes before he decided he wanted to play with his food and got caught for it. On the other hand again, there's not really anyone else you can give the shot to unless you give it to Struve if he beats Hunt.

Nothing will have changed in the Cain-Bigfoot rematch.

so win two fights after losing= title shot? especially vs browne was because of injury and rematch against cain who beat him less than a year ago? im confused but so is the HW division at the moment. overeem will be a little more respectful this fight and ko jds with kick(s)

Are you guys joking with this? There is NO ONE ELSE since Cormier will not fight Cain. Struve vs. Hunt for a title shot???? That's a far bigger reach. At least Bigfoot has some notable wins over top guys like Fedor, Browne, and Overeem, whether he lost to Cain or not. Struve lost to Browne and still had that ridiculous KO loss to Nelson. A 5 fight win streak is awesome and all but lets see Struve against a top contender before we start giving him title shots for beating middle of the pack HWs.
Also Mark Hunt is 8-7 and a win over Kongo/Struve is not title shot material. Get over it already Pride fans.
Complainers gonna complain I guess.

All Cain did was take him down immediatly, cut him with GNP. You Really think Bigfoot couldn't KO Cain standing?

Anything is possible in the HW division, but it seems unlikely... Silva beat Overeem with superior conditioning... NO ONE is going to out-cardio Cain... It should be a better fight, but Cain probably beats Silva handily even on his worst night... And that's not to take anything away from Silva, who has a ton of heart... Cain and JDS are just head and shoulders above the rest of this division...

I think the rematch looks more like Cormier vs BigFoot
