Maldonado has 1.5" height and .5" reach advantage on Fedor. Props to Fedor for accepting a challenge against a larger man once again

btw that wasn't a knock on the GOAT but rather pointing out that he's the smaller fighter from a bone-structure perspective. I'm always excited to see the Last Emperor throw down. The man is polarizing!
Make that paper Fedor. I ain't mad

Cause some uneducated people call him goat cause of that, its wrong, its like saying eddie the eagle was best skijumper ever, just cause he tried against those who were better than him. Fedor aint goat he is just a random guy who beats people who are not good anymore.

So u say we should have reach and height classes instead of weightclasses?

Any man that can eek out a split decision win over Joey Beltran is indeed a force to be reckoned with. Seriously, Fabio has a lot of heart, but limited skills. I give the guy credit for being willing to take on anyone.
Personally, I don't think this is a terrible match-up, it certainly is better than the last. Fedor is a draw over there and I think they want to do what they can to keep that going. If they were looking to simply make the biggest fight, we would have Fedor/Wand, which would draw a lot of the older fans back, if only for one night. But I don't think that happens for a while, they can get more milage out of them individually.
And I pray that they don't feed poor Sak to Fedor at some point.

That's fair. But Fedor on steroids would surprise me big time. He'd be right up there with gsp in terms of most shocking ped busts.
Never say never though.

PSH if he actually displays any of that. Fedor has been all rock em sock em robot style for the longest time. He shows glimpes here and there, but overall, his trips/throws, ring awareness and tramsitioms are far gone. And I suppose that should be expected to a point.

It's their opinion, they are entitled to it
Yes I know you are entitled to yours also but arguing over opinions is pointless
you're not going to change their mind just like they won't change yours

Then why does my opinion bother u so much that u have to ask it from me? And if not arguing about opinions, what to argue, no point on discussion forum if we just all agree. Someone starts a thread and replies are "yes".

Daaaaaaaaaaamn. Didn't see that coming. Good on Maldonado. He gained a lot of stock losing that fight, having it as a draw just makes it that much sweeter for him.
