Taking away injuries and all that speculation(because so many fighers come in injured), I think Junior needs 1 solid win, but most likely it should be 2. Yeah, he beat Cain easily the first time around, but given the fact that the punch landed where it did, I'd say there was more luck than anything. Junior wasn't aiming for the shot to land where it did.. Most are not going to recover from the power shot in that location. It's one of those situations where there's not much you can do giving the location. Kind of like Serra over GSP(not exactly same location, but still a shot where it's damn near impossible to recover from), with the exception of Junior being so much more legit. What we do know is Cain came back stronger than ever and beat Junior fairly easily over the course of 5 rounds. I don't need to see a rematch so quickly and I don't think there needs to be one. There's no reason for it. If the fighter was closer or if Cain ended the fight fast, then I'd probably have a different feeling.

I think it should be 2 but who can he fight that he hasn't beat already?
Mir, Nelson and Carwin are all gone as he has already beat those guys. Maybe Duffee, Browne, Bigfoot/Overeem loser or Miocic?

I would like to see Hunt vs JDS. That would make for a great match stylistcally. Hunt being a K1 champ, with an iron jaw. Not like JDS to go for the TD. Also, Cormier would be a great test do to his wrestling ability and punching power. And Werdum has improved a ton since his flash knockout lost to JDS. Would love to see that rematch.

You are completely missing my point. I'm not trying to say JDS should have complained about the injury. I'm trying to point out that you can't dismiss the first fight by saying "Cain was injured" because JDS was injured too.

Ohhh ok , now I understand where your coming from dam alcohol ruined my brain cells
then I guess I agree with you after all haha. There last night showed what happened when both guys come in healthy, even though Cain ran through JDS I can only speak for myself the are match is going to be huge

variables variables....
So both fights were one-sided and fair/even. Cain ran through JDS with him probably thinking he couldnt do that and the first fight you could see with Cain with no Confidence even at the touch gloves part, but maybe this time JDS was Over-confident, he was over-smiling everywhere, talking about Overeem a lot, and looked more cut than he ever did at the weigh-ins, which im thinking he needs to work more on grappling and cardio rather than Striking Muscles

He will fight Nelson next. If he beats him again, he will need at least 1 more win. The division is different now with more contenders available thus he will need at least 2 wins, maybe even 3 depending on timing and what not.
