I lean justified due the bikers cowardly behavior. If he had banged on the door and demanded a fight, running him over would be excessive. But because he hit the car and quickly tried to speed away in the other direction, that's some bullshit. If you're going to intentionally strike another man's vehicle, you had best prefer for fisticuffs. Running away afterwards is cowardly.
