I also feel crappy and am going for some meridian therapy now (like acupuncture).
I highly recommend it to get over the irregular patterns you’re doing now. Refreshes and resets.
Probably you can find an acupuncturist for 40 euros?

England has lots of Chinese acupuncture. Ganged up though. I ‘knew’ one of their secretaries. Told me they all had their papers and passports confiscated
