I think the failure will occur in the form of "crime rate" in the city.
His "trump" card is the whole "tax the rich" B.S., hence Albany will always give in on his demand for more money, which in part will give him room to play for his own socialist programs.

Bruh....his plans are asinine and destined for failure. There is an effectively zero percent chance he will do any good for NYC. Have you looked at his policies? They are disastrous.
