Who as fans do you think should be the next inductee into the Hall of Fame. If you choose other please specify.

Matt Hughes and Chuck Liddel were too of the most dominant champions in the UFC ever . . . Hughes was a little more dominant in my opinion . . . They'll both be in the HOF at some point

I think Hughes is next in line.
Would love to see Tanner get in, I think that Chuck is also a lock but I don't see him getting in until he retires.

Although I'm a bigger fan of Chuck, I had to go with Matt. An amazing, dominant reign as champ. Tanner does not even get in, IMO. A tragic situation, sure, but that does not make him a hall-of-famer. Such decisions should be based on merit, not the sympathy vote.

I agree that Tanner shouldn't go in.
I wouldn't put Frye in.
Big John doesn't work for the UFC, so I'm not sure he should be considered.
And I think it should be a fighter who has retired. So really, none.
But I think Hughes is probably closer to retirement than Chuck, and the number of his title defenses is staggering. So I voted for him.

I agree with that.
I'd love to see him get in just because he seemed like such an amazing guy with a lot of great stories and lessons to take from his life.
However, hall of fame should be reserved for the best of the best inside the Octagon.
Tanner had a very solid career, but based on his in the cage accolades probably doesn't merit a HoF spot.

I went with "Other" as I think everyone else is still working. You shouldn't get in until you retire from the fight game completely or completely change your status, i.e. Fighter to Commentator. I know Evan is gone but he didn't do enough IMO to earn a spot in the hall of fame yet. It's like the Rock and Roll HofF, first you put in the Beatles and Elvis, then come back a few years latter and put in the Birds. Tanner will eventually get in but not before quite a few others have been inducted.

Pat Miletich - Not only was he the first Welterweight Champ, he defended his belt four times & he won the UFC Lightweight tournament. That and anyone for Matt Hughes getting inducted should immediatly sit back and realize, Hughes would not have had the dominant career he had, if not for Pat Miletich and his camp.

It's down to 3 for me. Don Frye (the guy was a vicious brawler who really brought in a lot of fans) Matt Hughes...the guy was the most dominant welterweight ever, beat penn the 2nd time, beat royce, and really transformed the GnP game in the UFC, and Chuck Liddell. Although many people might argue that you should be retired before getting in, Couture and Coleman are still fighting.

Yeah, but in Couture case, he was retired when inducted and came back like Micheal Jordan.

 was that necessary? I mean come on really? haha. You know he actually held on to the belt for 3 years, defended it a record 5 times and got the belt by defeating the at the time unstoppable wanderlei silva. Hes the sports biggest PPV draw and has one hell of a hot girlfriend...he's actually not a bad one to pick.

Well Tito did defend the belt 5 times in a row, same as Liddell and Hughes.

Liddell only 4. He won the belt from tito, then defended it against horn, couture, sobral, and then tito. He then lost it to couture.
