He went 5-0 in the UFC and was the first UFC Middleweight title holder. A belt which he defeated 4 times (later renamed the UFC Light-Heavyweight title).
Frank finished all comers insidethe Octagon including previously undefeated Kevin Jackson, Jeremy Horn and Tito Ortiz.
He left the organization unscathed and as the Champion.

Franks definately qualifed, but he'll have to wait until he's done fighting, since the UFC doesn't want to help promote strikeforce.
