that one will go for years. doesn't seem to be many takers for that convo. way back when we had a buncha Canadians defending Canadian bacon from being called ham. Is nothing sacred anymore up there? they gave hockey to the lower 50, you'd think they'd have guardrails up over much more than maple syrup.

I recently finished a really big house in Sausalito that took 2.5 years. Along the way the city came to the client and asked him to voluntarily give up his gas meter as the city was rapidly moving in that direction. And he almost went for it. I told that dumb motherfucker that if he did that he would never ever be able to get gas service again and that the natural gas back up generator we installed would be useless. Fool was all in on no gas until he realized he paid $12k for that Generac. Every hard core Greta guy has a dollar figure, that's the real line in the sand for the upper levels of the green movement.

I just saw a real estate report that showed high-end luxury home starts are up 48% in the San Fran Area due to AI and I immediately thought of you. Hope you got some FAT contracts, my brother.
