No, they don't. That's the point.People say that?

nah nah nah, he won the play-in round against 2 others. I did what I had to do for him. That would honestly be the silver medal of horseshoes up his ass.
The other idol, he got eliminated (Archimedes ftw!), won the play-back round against three others, and went all the way to the finals, eliminating several who ALLOWED him back in, only falling short due to a Bucky mis-judging.
He has to win the ENTIRE thing to top that.
It starts right here Sheik, the rubber meets the road. The garbage company will be impressed with the trash we are gonna deliver.Ouch. I’ve gotten better feedback about drunken 3 am emails sent to my ex-wife’s attorney.
Oh well. It’s been fun y’all![]()
I will collect in other waysDefinitely not! And to subtract 8 points from ABB because he used DEFENSE instead of DEFENCE was unfair.
Blah is pretty exciting?Because it was an UNPOPULAR opinion not DELUSIONAL opinion.
Well once again we walk into a panel of all white judges. The colored man gets no breaksJudges and I have never seemed to get along. It’s a curse.
This round is so God damn confusingNo, they don't. That's the point.
Because that's another delusional opinion. No, they don't. That's the point.
I got robbed TWICE. Rhino screwed me over in the history round, and Buckey screwed me in the final round. Rhino came through with better judging that round, so I forgave him and began my lifelong blood feud with Buckey. He really needs to come back so I can exact vengeance. He's being extremely inconsiderate here. That would honestly be the silver medal of horseshoes up his ass.

Archimedes put another scalp in his satchel then sewed that bitch right back on your head, punk.I got robbed TWICE. And, for the record, I didn't even want back in. Didn't ask for it, didn't want it. But I took the opportunity and went on a helluva run until Buckey decided to all Sal D'Amato on me.
I figured that's honestly what happened to him.I got robbed TWICE. Rhino screwed me over in the history round, and Buckey screwed me in the final round. This topic was risky for two reasons. One, Sean winning this fight was an EXTREMELY unpopular opinion, and I probably should have added the MMAdecisions page to illustrate how unpopular my opinion is:webble: I don’t have a strong view on this either way and didn’t at the time, partly because I am not a big fan of either fighter. I think the writer put forward a strong argument and I think that ultimately it was very close. What needs to be taken into account when rewatching today is that this fight was a couple of years ago when the criteria did focus slightly more on the wrestling, add to that that not a huge amount of damage was done on either side and I don’t think it was a robbery whichever way you scored it. I watched twice with and without the sound and thought Yan edged it but good arguments made 6/10
GoodCat: I'm on board with this one, probably a little bit due to me being an O'Malley fan. But I tried to not let that bias get in the way on this submission. But I do kind of put this fight in the same category as the Bones vs Gustaffson fight. Everybody and their momma knew (thought) that Gus won, including me at the time. But when you really broke down the numbers, you could see exactly where the judges scored it overall for Jones. Now one thing I'm gonna ding you for, is that you said Sean won the striking in quality AND quantity, but your own stats show that Yan landed more total strikes at 28 to 23, unless that was a typo. Still not enough to derail the argument, but I have to take off .5 due to it. 7.5/10
Brick: I don’t think enough people are on the “robbery” side to really classify your opinion as super unpopular. I mean, it was a very, very close round that could have gone either way, so most people just blindly line up behind their guy. But this isn’t Park beating Roy Jones Jr. at the ’88 Seoul Olympics or anything. Even your metrics weren’t particularly compelling in O’Malley’s favor. But to your point, media sure did seem to be lining up against O’Malley, so that helps you quite a bit. We’ll go 6.5/10.
cmvideo75: Eh... another one about a specific fight. It may have been debated at the time but it quickly has blown over which is the problem with arguing about specific fights. I want to hear about real popular opinions. No one talks about this now which makes the popularity of this opinion debatable. The OP gave a pretty good argument for it but it's not not registering that high on the 'I care' meter for me. 4/10

This is how GOATS GOAT.
Say this is true for the sake of argument. If I did it, I would have made sure Buckey's body would never have been found. Has anyone seen Mr. Peanut turn up in the Chicago River?I figured that's honestly what happened to him.
You offed him, tossed him in the Chicago river, then used his account to stage his dramatic exit to throw off any suspicion and have no one be the wiser.
I have a problem with cm's completely arbitrary addition to criteria. This topic was risky for two reasons. One, Sean winning this fight was an EXTREMELY unpopular opinion, and I probably should have added the MMAdecisions page to illustrate how unpopular my opinion is:

As you can see, practically everyone thought Yan won, so my opinion is and was wildly unpopular.
The other risk was that enough of the judges were not actively watching MMA when this occured and would not have been fully aware of the controversy, which was enormous. Many, many articles, and many, many angry comments permeated the internet on the topic of Sean's robbery of Petr.
@Webble is the only judge who watches mma anymore. the remaining 3 clowns watch Gilmore girlsThis topic was risky for two reasons. One, Sean winning this fight was an EXTREMELY unpopular opinion, and I probably should have added the MMAdecisions page to illustrate how unpopular my opinion is:

i heard that one fighter somewhere in siberia did not like the fight, so i would have judged this as a poor entry..No, they don't. That's the point.
