Triple M Junkie Idol Game thread

I got robbed TWICE. Rhino screwed me over in the history round, and Buckey screwed me in the final round. Rhino came through with better judging that round, so I forgave him and began my lifelong blood feud with Buckey. He really needs to come back so I can exact vengeance. He's being extremely inconsiderate here.

And, for the record, I didn't even want back in. Didn't ask for it, didn't want it. But I took the opportunity and went on a helluva run until Buckey decided to go all Sal D'Amato on me.

For what it's worth, I believe you deserved a lot more than the .5 difference between our scores, considering you actually put forth an effort on the write-up.

I was thinking of it more like just the natural order of things: the Marines always having to save the Army's ass.
You people were only allowed to retreat "advance in the other direction" from the Chosin reservoir thanks to the 3rd infantry division. (I picked that one since you used that battle in one of your other write ups.)

That's the same way I'm going to do it: call in air support.
no I will have you at the sub-station with a radio in your hand, following my verbal directions that may or may not be accurate.

Smdh, typical ungrateful Army...

We were in a 12 on 1 street fight and youre here bragging about holding our watch and wallet while we did it...

This topic was risky for two reasons. One, Sean winning this fight was an EXTREMELY unpopular opinion, and I probably should have added the MMAdecisions page to illustrate how unpopular my opinion is:

As you can see, practically everyone thought Yan won, so my opinion is and was wildly unpopular.

The other risk was that enough of the judges were not actively watching MMA when this occured and would not have been fully aware of the controversy, which was enormous. Many, many articles, and many, many angry comments permeated the internet on the topic of Sean's robbery of Petr.

Cheeky I watch it, I just didn't think it was a robbery or remember any controversy about it

Don't worry about Normandy, we got it. Largest seaborne invasion in human history, but I guess our dedicated BEACH INVASION FORCE can just sit this out. We're a land unit primarily, but it's cool, you guys can take lunch.

You were the one judge that I figured was watching fights when this occured. However, while you and I apparently agree on this topic, you must have not have logged into Mania the day after. There was a whirlwind of controversy. There was mass wailing and gnashing of teeth over Sean's victory. I was confused because I scored the fight for Sean upon first watch, and every subsequent watch.

Just wait until @Xamot logs on and reads my write up. He will be an excellent personification of the entire controversy.
