All right guys brace yourself, we are moving into a much heavier topic this round. We will be exploring the theme of remorse in films and television. Pick a scene from a film or television show that best demonstrates remorse. And because we love making things complicated here at Junkie Idol, this will be definition of remorse we will be using to clear things up : a profound, painful feeling of guilt and self-reproach experienced when a person deeply regrets actions they have done that were wrong, harmful, or shameful.
Use the write up to explain and enhance your submissions. Judges will score on how well the scene fit the theme and the quality of scene. Due next Tuesday 7/15. Good luck and have fun.

I got mine reserved. I expect you will dock me points because you don't want to watch the movie.

I have a couple clarifications with the definition.
Specifically, this part:
deeply regrets actions they have done that were wrong, harmful, or shameful.
Does the action: 1) have to be committed by the person experiencing the remorse?
2) does the action have to actually BE wrong, harmful, or shameful, or just that is how the character perceives them?

if a contestant wants me to film a movie out of my Junkie Idol run for an easy 40/40, hit me up.
Hey man, nothing you did was as bad as submitting Born in East LA for the song parody round. I can't remember who did that, but boy is his face red right now.
