UFC signing the 1st Ayyubid Sultan is a coup. So many fun fights to make with Salahdine on the roster. Holloway already called out, there's Do Bronx, Ruffy, Moicano, Fiziev, Paddy.

I wouldn't discount Salahdine that quickly. Yes, the top 5 should beat him aside from Paddy, or at least he hasn't shown enough to prove he can beat Max, but he'd make those fights competitive and give them problems. He's not some random hyped up prospect. He is 28 years old and spent the last decade making almost everyone in KSW's FW and LW divisions, arguably the 4th best promotion in the world, his bitch.

Fair enough, but why was he there for a decade? Anything can happen in a fight, that's why I watch, but I struggle to see him having anything for Max. Just my 2cents 🤷‍♂️

My guess, KSW paid him way too much money for the UFC to dare poach him. There is a reason why they made him a de facto A side headliner in his own debut. They usually don't do that so Zuffa must have had to throw a lot of $$$ to get him to leave.

KSW is not LFA or Jungle Fight. They are the largest promotion in Europe and they sell out stadiums.
