Fabers smart to retire now. He realized his decline is at a stage where he'll get "old" rapidly from fight to fight. And considering his fighting style and dependence on his athletic attributes, his UFC run was impressive. He was able to stay a top fighter in his division at a stage when fighters like himself dramatically fall off. Then there's his influence as a businessman. Lots to appreciate when it comes to what he contributed.
