Okami proved in the fight with Franklin that he can hang with the BigBoys. Franklin couldn't even finish Okami and Okami put the heat on Franklin in that 3rd round. He is about as deserving as ANYONE else in that division.
If you really look at the records of the "Supposed" contenders none have really fought Top of the food chain comp.
I like this card and this could be a great fight. I can see it going in either mans favor. If Okami wins though it will probably be by dec if Miller wins I think he submits Okami but I think Okami will do enough standing and with his TD that he takes it via dec.
I see Okami taking this one by hatred alone for Dana. Okami should be fighting for the title, not leites. Miller is good, but will be exposed in this match up here. Okami is too big and strong for him, with too good of a ground game, which is where miller is his strongest. It just sucks that Okami has to fight someone with only 3 fights in the UFC, to get a title shot.

If they throw Miller in there with the spider they should give him a tire iron, not that it will help much.

Yeah, a handgun might be better as an equalizer for Miller.
i really like this fight and i think it will give ufc no choice but a title shot for okami if he wins.ill take okami by a close decision victory. i think okami has better talent, but every time i count out 1 of those miller bros they show thier best preformance. worst case scenario for ufc is miller ko's okami in devastating fashion and you then would have miller,marqaurt,maia,winner of bisping-hendo,all eqully deserving the next shot.

Okami has 8 fights in the UFC and has only stopped his opponent twice and neither time was by submission. Miller has great jitz so this is not likely.

I'm just saying. Wait and see. I don't have a good reason for it, or any logical explanation, but I'm calling it. I have a feeling.
