I don't think that is the correct judging outlook. I think you need to consider their worldwide popularity. Just because a fighter is wildly popular in Croatia, doesn't mean anyone else in the world knows about them. In that situation, that shouldn't affect the score, from my understanding of the criteria.

I think it should be abundantly clear for anyone who follows MMA who is popular and who isn't. Failing that, simply searching their name in popular MMA media should be a good indicator.

Social media followers, YouTube views, news articles about them, interviews done, podcast appearances, the same metrics for those podcasts...
