RULE PROPOSAL AUDIT: BMF CONTENDER COLLISION (+2 TP)

OPERATIONAL OBJECTIVE
Evaluate the integration of a BMF Contender Bonus (+2 TP) into the GENESIS scoring architecture without eroding the primacy of the core MVP Team Bonus (+10 TP) or cluttering the structural dynamic of the Iron Lung Bonus (+5 TP).

1. THE HIERARCHY OF BONUSES

Setting the BMF Contender Bonus at +2 TP protects the core economy while establishing a precise, three-tiered incentive hierarchy:

* MVP Team Bonus (+10 TP): The Peak Ceiling.
Awarded to the #1 single-round high scorer in the entire 30-player league. (Core Mechanic)

* Iron Lung Bonus (+5 TP): The Structural Catalyst.
Awarded once per season (unlocked R4) to a non-Top 10 depth player who drops a Top 5 round score.

* BMF Contender Bonus (+2 TP): The Contender Collision. Awarded every round (Rounds 2–5) to the team whose driver holds or captures Rank #01 on the cumulative Elite 5 Leaderboard.

2. SYNCHRONIZATION & IMPLEMENTATION LOGIC

Because the official seasonal BMF Title / Buster Sword is awarded strictly at the conclusion of Round 5 to the #1 overall individual point scorer, regular season rounds (Rounds 2–5) operate purely on Top Contender Dynamics:

â—Ź MECHANIC A: THE DESIGNATED COMBATANTS

Entering any round (starting after Round 1 resets the zero-baseline), the +2 TP bounty is unlocked exclusively for the players holding Rank #01 (Top Contender) and Rank #02 (#1 Challenger) on the cumulative Elite 5 Leaderboard.

â—Ź MECHANIC B: THE COLLISION OUTCOMES

* Contender Hold (+2 TP): If Rank #01 maintains the #1 overall spot in the cumulative individual standings after the round's total points are calculated, Rank #01 holds the top spot, and their team earns the +2 TP Contender Hold Bonus.

* Contender Overtake (+2 TP): If Rank #02 outscores Rank #01 and officially overtakes them in cumulative points at the end of the round to become the new #1 overall player, Rank #02 takes over the top spot, and their team claims the +2 TP Contender Overtake Bonus.

â—Ź MECHANIC C: FIELD EXCLUSIVITY & ADMINISTRATIVE AUDIT

* Field Exclusivity: Ranks #03, #04, and #05 cannot claim the +2 TP bonus in that specific round, even if they score higher. They must first climb into Rank #01 or #02 on the cumulative leaderboard to qualify for the Contender Collision in the subsequent round.

* Administrative Audit: The Commish checks only one metric post-round: At the end of the round, did Rank #01 stay in the #1 cumulative spot, or did Rank #02 overtake them into #1? Whichever player leaves the round holding the #1 overall rank secures +2 TP for their team.

imagine if the NBA or MLB had a 3 game season and last years winner got to sit out the first 2 games and get the W for riding pine. Shit is corrupt.

That is exactly what this new scoring mechanic will be about come G6.

There can be a reigning BMF Champ from the previous season, but after that season ends, it's in name only.

At the start of every season the Elite 5 & BMF Rankings reset to Zero. Meaning NO current BMF Champ, reigning Champ yes, in name only.

With Round 1 of the current season, that battle starts again. After round 1, the MVP obviously becomes the #1 Ranked: "Contender".

From Round 2 to Round 5, the bonus is Live and it becomes a fight for the Ranked #1 "Contender" Bonus (+2).

If a player ran the Season and dominated the Elite 5 Rankings you could secure a maximum of (+8) bonus points for your Team. (that's significant, but at the same time not a bonus, that will cause a Team to runaway with the Season)

It's quite elegant and even a retard (in this case 2 retards) should be able to figure it out.

I could totally do that. How hard would it be to make up some rules, see how they apply directly to me, then change them when my team isn't doing so well? Serious perks there - I could maybe get a date out if it. I could make a rule that showers the hot chick in the competition with praise and gifts, get them panties to hit the floor.
