Ok, help me out here. If Ankalaev is fighting Roundtree and Ulberg is hurt, then who is Costa fighting for the interim title? Everyone says Bobby W is not getting the shot. So does Jiri get an immediate shot or with Blachowicz hurt, do they throw Guskov that high.....or......the rumors are true and Khamzat or DDP get the shot or rematch their MW title bout at LHW now (neither has fought Costa)
What say you?

I know I know DDP is also rumored to fight Usman in Oklahoma.

The divisions a bit messed up at the moment but Jiri is not deserving of yet another title shot, I like the guy but he’s too dumb, 3 attempts at the belt and he’s been knocked out. If he finds a way to fight smarter in his defence and can get a run going, then you never know, but until that happens or if, I don’t want to see him get a shot again.
 
Costa doesn't deserve it and should be fighting again. No need for an interim just yet, let it play out

They'll probably have Jiri and Costa for interim, cuz Jiri deserves another few title shots...at least.

I personally think they should just strip Ulberg and give the belt back to Jamahal.

ya man, Jiri already had "went out on my shield" in his quiver before Carlos. Not repeatedly attacking that bum knee and playing grabass with him to the point of getting KO'd By the 1 punch he hopefully spent his entire camp defending against is nothing but low fight IQ.

He already had big balls coming into that fight, there was no reason to re-register them.

For sure. Offensively he’s an animal, huge power in every shot, underrated ground game, good kicks, unorthodox style, good conditioning, a samurai will to win, I don’t even think he’s got a bad chin cuz he has came back from the brink of defeat, but would it hurt him to be a bit more defensive? Why can’t he learn to fight with his hands up and chin down instead of up? Especially if you’ve been ktfo several times. If he’s willing to put the work in like he clearly does then he could easily spend that time fighting smart. it’s just dumb low fight IQ. He needs to find striking coaches that can drill this into his head/style, but he probably won’t do it cuz he’ll never accept what he’s doing is wrong. Nevermind not kicking the legs of someone for the title that’s got a bum knee.
