2 job opportunities for the exact same type of job.i work in youth sports.
Job 1: lower pay, easier job (less athletes to deal with) , worse facility (ni gym), perhaps more weekend involvement, less benefits, I'm in charge or the "program".
Job 2: higher pay, better benefits, better facilities, part of a "team" much harder job (3 times as many athletes) , but less expectations and I'm not in charge.
Thoughts?
2... unless there is some kind of ownership equity stake that is involved with 1 that would make it make sense.
If you're 'in charge' of the program and take it to the moon, but some other person/group ends up reaping all the benefits... that makes 1 make even less sense.
If you're truly in charge and are being given an ownership stake and you get a cut of the revenue as you grow it? I could better argue for 1.
Given what you told us... 2 is the easy choice.
