WHAT'S FOR DINNER?

So on instagram I keep seeing shit done with rice paper, lets try that shit out.

Real food today was mostly workplace roast meat potatoes and gravy so basically just a protein top up and keeping calories up around maintanance. Turkey thigh mince wrapped in prosciutto wraped in rice paper thats crisped up. Served with a sage buer blanc and crispy fried sage leaves. Twist on a saltimbocca.

we tried to make summer rolls a few years ago.
Tasted really good, but holy shit, i thought i am retarded.
I could not make a single roll, without breaking the rice paper.
So they were basically all done by the wife xD

So I buy these pork tenderloins from the local supermarket here. They come pre-marinated and are quite delicious. I usually get the garlic one or the bacon wrapped one. I have one of each in my fridge at the moment, they come in these vacuum sealed packages. Well, the bacon wrapped one has blown up like a balloon. The package is inflated like someone stuck an air pump in there. It looks like it is about to burst. WTF? That's probably not a good sign right? Perhaps some bacteria or something in the package causing it to swell up like that?

Kissed with that IOB spicy peach bbq sauce.

I threw it out. But I did take a picture of it before tossing...
bro why not marinate your own? there's a guy here who makes amazing rubs and sauces. how much sodium does that pre-packaged mystery meat have in it? and when does it expire, like in 4 months?
